Meet Stephanie Slater
Stephanie Slater is our investment acquisition agent. Her diverse wholesaling and landlord knowledge and experience have the potential to save our clients hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of dollars per year by finding the right types of investment properties that are ideal. Stephanie focuses on assisting investor clients in evaluating repairs, comparative market analysis (CMA’s) to understand after repair values (ARV’s), and how a solid understanding of those lead to the acquisitions of fixer-uppers with a proper estimate of return on investment. Stephanie is well-versed in discussing the positives and negatives of the different types of real estate investment, providing insightful advice on flipping and landlord portfolios, and can provide clients with access to 5-star rated repair teams that have done everything from quick rental “make-ready” to “build from the ground up” custom builds.
