ISA Training

This career transition course was designed to help you understand the difference in roles from being a server/bartender versus real estate and decide for yourself if you have enough interest in it. Most of the people who come in with us already have a real estate license, so since you don’t, you would work the phones and earn while you learn and work on your license. Our expectation for someone without a license would be to already have enough understanding, scripting, and training on what to say on the phones to get appointments for agents, and we do think this training is very capable of helping you hit the ground running as soon as you start as an ISA. This role is not sitting and waiting for the phone to ring, it is outbound lead gen and designed for people to gain valuable experience quickly, which they will continue to use to make themselves money after they are licensed Realtors!
